Some people come with a specific issue in mind. Others come to make sense of where they are. Either way, therapy is a place to feel heard, and to start to shift what isn't working.

Good intentions alone aren't always enough. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, or a loss of trust — we help couples understand what's actually happening.

Trauma shows up differently in everyone — anxiety that won't quit, shutting down, or a body that never fully relaxes. EMDR works with how memories are stored, not just how they're talked about. Pace set by you.

Modalities: Play therapy · COS-P certified · CBT

When kids are struggling, it's hard for everyone. Children often show what they can't say. We use play, expressive arts, and age-appropriate approaches — with parents involved.
